1. What we collect
To create an account and place orders, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address (area + full address). We also keep a record of your orders and Builders Club points.
Your password is never visible to us — it’s stored encrypted by our authentication provider (Supabase), not as plain text.
2. How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, manage your account and points, send you order-status emails, and reply to you on WhatsApp. We don’t use your data for anything beyond running BricksLand.
3. Where it’s stored
Your account and order data is stored with Supabase, our database provider. Order-status emails are sent through Resend. We don’t sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
4. Cookies & local storage
We use your browser’s local storage to remember your cart and saved items on this device — that’s it. We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account, any time — message us on WhatsApp or write to contact@brickslands.com.
6. Children
BricksLand isn’t directed at children, and accounts should be created by adults.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
