1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the BricksLand website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the site.

2. About our products

BricksLand designs and sells original brick-built car models, inspired by real vehicles. These are unofficial, fan-made interpretations — BricksLand is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any car manufacturer. Vehicle names and brands are used only to describe which car each model is based on.

Products marked "Coming soon" are shown for preview only and can’t be added to an order until they go on sale.

3. Accounts

You need an account to place an order. You’re responsible for keeping your password private and for anything that happens under your account. Please use a real email address and phone number — that’s how we reach you about your order.

4. Orders & payment

We currently accept cash on delivery only — no online payment is collected through the site. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

Placing an order sends it to us for review. We’ll confirm it before it moves to preparation — an order isn’t final until we accept it.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Lebanon. Delivery is $5, free on orders over $45. Our driver will call you before arriving. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — things like weather, location or traffic can affect them.

6. Issues, cancellations & returns

Every set is checked piece by piece before shipping, with spares included. If a piece is missing or something arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

You can cancel an order any time before it ships by contacting us on WhatsApp.

Changed your mind? You can return an unopened set within 4 days of delivery for a full refund — every piece bag must still be factory-sealed, since we can’t guarantee a full piece count once a bag is opened. Return shipping is on us: message us on WhatsApp to arrange pickup.

7. Builders Club & points

Points are earned on accepted orders that include at least one car model — flowers and accessories don't earn points — and have no cash value; they can’t be exchanged for money. New accounts get a 10-point welcome gift. We may change how points are earned, their value, or the rewards available, at any time.

8. Intellectual property

BricksLand’s own designs, branding and content on this site are ours. Nothing here grants you rights to any car manufacturer's trademarks or designs — those belong to their respective owners.

9. Account suspension

We may suspend or close an account used for fraud, abuse, or to interfere with the site or other customers.

10. Liability

BricksLand products are toy building sets. We’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
