Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the BricksLand website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the site.

2. About our products

BricksLand designs and sells original brick-built car models, inspired by real vehicles. These are unofficial, fan-made interpretations: BricksLand is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any car manufacturer. Vehicle names and brands are used only to describe which car each model is based on.

Products marked "Coming soon" are shown for preview only and can’t be added to an order until they go on sale.

3. Accounts

You need an account to place an order. You’re responsible for keeping your password private and for anything that happens under your account. Please use a real email address and phone number, that’s how we reach you about your order.

4. Orders & payment

You can pay cash on delivery, or, when offered at checkout, online through Whish Pay (Whish Money) or by bank transfer (see below). Online payments are processed by Whish on its own secure page: we never see your wallet credentials or one-time codes, and the payment is only confirmed once Whish confirms it to us. Paying with Whish adds Whish’s processing fee (a small percentage of the order), shown as its own line in your total before you pay; cash on delivery and bank transfers carry no fee.

An online payment must be completed within 15 minutes of placing the order. If it isn’t, the order is cancelled automatically, nothing is charged, and any reward or promo code used goes back to your account. A payment that arrives after that window is either applied to your order if the items are still in stock, or refunded in full.

When offered at checkout, you can also pay by bank or wallet transfer (such as Neo, MyMonty or BO2): you send the exact amount yourself from your banking app, with your order number and name in the transfer note. Your items are held for 24 hours. We confirm the order once the transfer reaches us; if it doesn’t arrive within 24 hours, the order is cancelled automatically and any reward or promo code used goes back to your account. A transfer received after that is applied to your order if the items are still in stock, or refunded in full.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay. If you choose to display prices in Lebanese pounds, that conversion is indicative only, based on a daily reference rate: you are always charged in US dollars.

Placing an order sends it to us for review. We’ll confirm it before it moves to preparation: an order isn’t final until we accept it.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Lebanon. Delivery starts at $4 and varies by area, and is free on orders over $45. Your delivery fee is confirmed in your cart once you pick your area. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees: things like weather, location or traffic can affect them.

6. Issues, cancellations & returns

Every set is checked piece by piece before shipping, with spares included. If a piece is missing or something arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

You can cancel an order any time before it ships by contacting us on WhatsApp.

Changed your mind? You can return an unopened set within 4 days of delivery for a full refund. Every piece bag must still be factory-sealed, since we can’t guarantee a full piece count once a bag is opened. Return shipping is on us: message us on WhatsApp to arrange pickup.

If you paid online and your order is cancelled or returned under the rules above, we refund the full amount to the Whish account you paid from, within 5 days of the cancellation or of receiving the return.

7. Personalised items

Personalised items (plates, names, engraved backs, tyres, circuits and logos) are made to order from exactly what you type. Please double-check every letter, digit and colour in your cart before ordering: what you enter is what we print.

Your order details (in your order confirmation and in your Profile) show your personalisation. If you spot a mistake, message us on WhatsApp before your order moves to preparation and we’ll fix it for free. Once it’s printed, we can’t change or refund an item made with a typo you entered.

If the mistake is ours, meaning what we printed doesn’t match what you typed, we reprint it and deliver the correct item to your door for free.

8. Paddock Club & Miles

Miles are earned on accepted orders, on every product you buy (delivery fees don't earn Miles), and have no cash value; they can’t be exchanged for money. New accounts get a 10-Mile welcome gift. We may change how Miles are earned, their value, or the rewards available, at any time.

9. Intellectual property

BricksLand’s own designs, branding and content on this site are ours. Nothing here grants you rights to any car manufacturer's trademarks or designs: those belong to their respective owners.

10. Account suspension

We may suspend or close an account used for fraud, abuse, or to interfere with the site or other customers.

11. Liability

BricksLand products are toy building sets. We’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
